DMCA & Content Removal Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

ClipDeck, operated by Hillsden Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property rights of content creators, podcast publishers, and all third parties. We are committed to responding promptly to any claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable laws.

How ClipDeck Sources Content

ClipDeck is a podcast discovery and playback application. We source podcast content exclusively from publicly-published RSS feeds and licensed data providers (such as Listen Notes). Full podcast episodes are streamed directly from the original publisher's servers — ClipDeck does not host or redistribute complete episode audio. Short preview clips (approximately 2.5 minutes) are provided to help users discover new podcasts, and every clip links directly to the full episode at its original source.
